Original German publication titled:
“Die Geheimnisse der Weisen von Zion” (“The Secrets of the Elders of Zion”).
Original German publication titled “Die Geheimnisse der Weisen von Zion” (“The Secrets of the Elders of Zion”), issued in the immediate post–World War I period. This work is an early German edition of the so-called Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a text that has been conclusively shown to be a fabricated document. Despite this, it circulated widely in the early 20th century and later became associated with political and ideological movements of the interwar period.
